Welcome to the PLAY section of my website.

After spending much of my life performing and recording music, I wanted to compile a few of the special recording projects and performances I have been a part of over the years.

Music is still a huge part of my life, and I do believe that it can compliment fitness and yoga beautifully.  Perhaps you will find something here that you can listen to while doing your workout, or to get in the mood for doing some yoga!

(Yup, that’s me playing the viola on this stuff. Most of it is with my string quartet, the St.Kitts String Quartet, and the Canadian Concerto Project is with the group of 27 chamber orchestra).

Tkaronto

TKARONTO is the feature film debut of Métis writer-director Shane Belcourt. The film is a reflective and thought-provoking exploration of two Aboriginal thirty-somethings, who make an unexpected connection at the pinnacle of a common struggle: to stake claim to their urban Aboriginal identity. This super-indie feature was made in just eight months from script to post-production with a cast and crew of 10 on a meager budget. It made its world premiere at the imagineNATIVE Film Festival.

Composed, Produced, Recorded, and Mixed by Jordan O'Connor

Performed by Bethany Bergman (violin 1), Jenny Thompson (violin 2), Karen Moffatt (viola), John Marshman (cello), Stephanie Chua (piano), and Jordan O'Connor (additional piano)
