Personal Training is for anyone who wants to redefine the way they think of exercise, how they move, and what their body is capable of.
My clients are people who want a helping hand and someone who can coach them towards new goals and improved ways of moving. All while decreasing the effects of repetitive stress placed on the body from daily work habits, with the goal of living more comfortably in the incredible bodies we have been born with.
I will guide you on a journey that will help you get out of a rut, challenge you just the right amount, and help you achieve something you never thought was possible.
We all know that exercise is important, but sometimes it is hard to know what will work for you with your current lifestyle, schedule and interests. Exercise doesn’t have to be daunting! Rather, my goal is to find ways to keep it simple and rewarding. One of the most common requests I receive is to provide someone with a workout program - and that is indeed something I like to provide. My aim is to make you independent once you have spent time learning new skills and practicing your technique in one-on-one sessions. Having someone to observe the way your body moves and ensure that you are doing things correctly is invaluable! Don’t underestimate the investment you will be making by having someone work with you in this practical manner. You will not regret it!

Additionally, the Functional Movement Assessment I will provide you with will help to make sure the improvements you are making in your mobility, flexibility and strength are ones that will transfer to your everyday life. Working out can truly change the way you go about moving in the world and growing older with less pain, less potential for injury and much more freedom. You will open the doors to doing things you may have shied away from, and ones that will keep you active, resilient and strong. It is an investment in your body that will help you lead a happier life!
At the end of your session, you will take home your workout so that you can do it on your own!
