From those needing to learn the foundations, to those wanting regular guidance to take their workout routines to the next level, a session package will accommodate your specific preferences.

$270 • 3 Session Mini Package • ($85/session)

This 3 session package  may be used for an introduction to kettlebells, private yoga sessions, or for an upgrade to your current program. Update your skills and technique and improve your movement habits with this mini package.

$960 • 12 Session Foundations Package • ($80/session)

This 12 session package provides a realistic amount of time to dig into a new fitness routine and to start integrating lifelong habits. Included in this package are take-home workouts, email advice, support and coaching. There will be a focus on improved technique and form, an introduction to new skills, and great body awareness which will lead to increased confidence and fitness. A Functional Movement Assessment at the beginning and end of these 12 sessions will identify where we can work to improve the mobility, flexibility, strength and symmetry in your body. This package can be paid in smaller amounts with the 12 session commitment.

$1890 • 24 Session Commitment Package • ($75/session)

This 24 session package is for those who are serious about their fitness future. It will keep you committed for enough time to take you through several workout phases, and will provide you with the skills and tools to develop your own independent workout routine to keep you going! Included in this package are take-home workouts, email support and coaching. There will be a focus on technique, body awareness, and the development of new skills. A Functional Movement Assessment at the beginning and end of these 24 sessions will identify where we can work to improve the mobility, flexibility, strength and symmetry in your body.

*For an entire year following the completion of this 24 session package, you will be entitled to this $75/session rate.
